Customer Service Questions
Do you ship candy?
Yes. We ship eligible products to the continental United States. Some candy is heat-sensitive, so weather conditions may require a shipping hold or special handling.
How long does shipping take?
Orders normally leave our Mount Airy candy kitchen within 1–3 business days. Tracking information is sent by email when the order ships.
What happens during hot weather?
To protect heat-sensitive candy, we do not ship when local temperatures are above 85°F. A weather hold may delay shipment until conditions are safer.
What should I do about a return or order problem?
Contact us before sending anything back. Include your order number, the name used on the order, and a description of the issue so we can review it and tell you the next step.
What should I do if my candy arrives damaged?
Contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos of the damaged candy and packaging. We will review the situation and help determine the appropriate next step.
